In general, as your Coach I will... 

  • Create a safe, thoughtful place for you to reflect and explore

  • Discover who you want to be and what you want to achieve

  • Empower you to generate insights, solutions and strategies

  • Hold you accountable for your commitments

As a client you will...

  • Be open to growth, change and new awareness of yourself

  • Listen to your mind, heart, gut and spirit

  • Be honest about how coaching will work best for you and what you need from me - this is a partnership 

I ask that clients make a commitment of no less than 6 sessions so there is ample time for exploration, commitment, and growth. Clients tend to schedule their sessions weekly or bi-weekly. Session tend to last 45 minutes and happen over the phone although in-person or zoom are possible.

 

Once a client commits to coaching we'll start with a Discovery Session (~60-90 minutes) to build trust and familiarity. Then each session the client will bring a topic they want to explore in line with the growth they seek. Between sessions you put forth whatever effort and thought you choose toward your goals and commitments. When it is time for the coaching relationship to end, I ask that we hold a Completion session so both the client and I have a chance to reflect on our time and look forward to what's next.  

We'll check in periodically as to if this relationship is beneficial. Feedback is welcome anytime.
